Job Overview: We are looking for talented individuals with a proven track record in managing and growing accounts within the software development industry. They will play a pivotal role in managing the entire product life cycle from initial client engagement to postsales support while focusing on account penetration upselling and strategic account growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts building strong relationships and understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales development and marketing to develop and execute strategic account growth plans.
- Actively manage the product life cycle from requirements gathering and prioritization to product launch and ongoing enhancement.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling opportunities expanding product usage and delivering valueadded solutions to clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services providing expert guidance and recommendations to clients to maximize their ROI.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance analyses to track progress identify challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to inform strategic decisionmaking and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must possess a bachelors degree in business administration Information Technology Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Preferred: MBA in marketing sales or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management sales or business development within the software development industry or any other servicebased industry.
