Job Description

- Provide consultative pre-sales support to clients,act as an expert in IT Infrastructure and Services solutions.
- Translate client business needs into technical specifications and serve as an authority for multiple technologies and the deployment in a Cloud or On-premises environment.
- Gather requirements, and design solutions while working directly with the sales team to help position IT solutions, technologies, and professional services within the client organization.
- Manage Cloud & IT and CyberSecurity Pillar to maximize the security and efficiency of the system.
Requirements
- 2+ years of supporting, maintaining, and implementing IT infrastructures/IT Services/Digital service
- English is a must to
- Communicate with customers, especially with foreigners.
- Update new skills and information as almost technical documents will be in English.
- Absolutely comply with the companys information technology security policy.
- Be familiar with IT products such as CISCO, Juniper, HPE, Meraki, Ubiquiti, and so on.
- Understanding of SI, open source
- Prioritize for candidate with:
Experience in cloud-based and on-premises Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Security architectures
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Linux, mastering TCP/IP
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Linux, mastering TCP/IP
Knowledge of cloud/virtualization technologies, such as VMware vSphere, EC2, Xen, KVM, OpenStack, Azure, AWS, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud
Certificate of LPI1/2, VCA, VCP, CCNA, CCNP, MCSA
