Overview:

The Chat Process & Mail Process WFH position is a crucial role in our organization responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through chat and email communication channels. This remote position requires excellent communication skills problemsolving abilities and multitasking capabilities to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Ensure all communication with customers adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products services and promotions to effectively address customer needs
  • Assist in updating and maintaining customer records and databases
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize customer satisfaction and retention
  • Adhere to productivity and quality standards for chat and email support
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related role
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in using chat and email communication tools
  • Good understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
  • Problemsolving skills to address customer concerns efficiently
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts if required
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and software platforms
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in customer interactions
