Job Description

1. Qualification :Graduation & above

2. Role: Trainer / Process Training Lead

3. Experience

Overall 2 3 Years of Commercial Banking & Min 1 year of training experience. Experience of Loan Operations with Imaging Specialists desirable

4. Role & Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop comprehensive course curriculum to nurture skill growth and knowledge enhancement

2. Customize Training requirements for all employees as per the process requirement

3. Able to conduct Preprocess & Process Specific Trainings

4. Conduct timely assessment to evaluate Process Knowledge of all employees

5. Monitor new hire performance during OJT phase for successful Process Certifications

6. Provide Coaching & Feedback to enhance agent performance

7. Report out Post Certification performance to measure training efficiency

8. Conduct and report out PKT s on a monthly basis

9. Able to communicate with Onsite clients on a need basis for Training/clarification/new process transitions

10. Knowledge of creating Process Maps for new Transitions process is an added advantage

11. Willingness to work in round the clock shift and travel to different location as per business requirement

12. Identify the training needs based upon new updates/system changes

13. Schedule individual and team training on a need basis

14. Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of the new hires to ensure right employees being aligned to the process

15. Maintain Training Records

16. Need to be wellinformed of Banking & Financial Service which includes.

a. Commercial Banking

b. Loan Support & Imaging Specialization

c. Loan Documentation Audits

d. Wealth & Asset Management


5. Language Expertise

English (US/UK)

6. Essential Skills

1. Commercial banking Experience (23 years)

2. Training experience of Min 1 Year

3. General understanding of loan documentation

4. Working knowledge of ACBS Tickler System CT Lien Solutions SMEAD (Tab Fusion) and Nautilus. Similar system knowledge is acceptable

5. Familiarity with MS Outlook required and MS Word and Excel experience a plus
