Job Summary

As a Chat Customer Service Representative at T Tech you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via live chat. You will handle customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle multiple live chat conversations simultaneously providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues escalating to higher levels when necessary.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of T Tech’s products and services to provide informed assistance.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering a friendly and professional service.
• Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
• Feedback: Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve products and services.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college or a degree is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service preferably in a chat support role.
• Skills:
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and chat support tools.
