BUSINESS MANAGER
Description:
CleanAir is a leading global provider of consulting, measurement services, and monitoring
equipment for air quality management. We are currently looking for a customer-focused leader
and a confident decision-maker to oversee our Pacific Northwest emissions measurement team
located in Sumner, Washington. As the Business Manager of a profit center, you will be
responsible for managing day-to-day operations, allocating resources, and helping a team of
engineers and scientists develop and be productive.
Qualifications:
A qualified applicant will be comfortable engaging with employees, customers, suppliers, and
speaking in public. At least four years of experience with business management or a leadership
position for a service-based operation desired.
Must pass drug screen, physical, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record review.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Requirements:
Experience in planning and budgeting Knowledge of business process and functions
(Finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
Strong analytical ability Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations Design strategy and set goals for growth
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
Maintain team adherence with corporate policies and processes
Develop and implement local business processes
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
Direct the employee assessment process Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to
competitors)
