Role Overview:

Our Business Manager oversees and coordinates all aspects of the centers operations including sales marketing academic affairs and administration. Your role is critical in driving the startups growth and ensuring the delivery of highquality language learning services.


Key Performance Objectives (KPOs):

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement an effective marketing strategy to attract new students and increase enrolments.
  • Achieve a 20% monthovermonth growth in new student enrolments within the first six months.
  • Establish a solid online presence and social media following within the first three months.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools corporations and community organizations to generate referrals and partnerships.
  • Secure at least three partnership agreements with local schools or corporations within the first year.


Academic Affairs:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive curriculum aligned with industry standards and best practices in language education.
  • Achieve a 90% or higher student satisfaction rate for the curriculum within the first year.
  • Recruit train and manage a team of highly qualified and experienced language instructors.
  • Maintain an instructor retention rate of 85% or higher after the first year.
  • Achieve a 95% or higher student satisfaction rate for instructor quality within the first year.
  • Implement practical student assessment and progress tracking systems to ensure consistent delivery of highquality education.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive student assessment system within the first three months.
  • Achieve a 90% or higher rate of students meeting their language learning goals within the first year.


Operations and Administration:

  • Establish and maintain efficient administrative processes and systems to support the centers operations.
  • Implement a comprehensive student management system within the first three months.
  • Achieve a 95% or higher accurate and timely student recordkeeping rate within the first year.
  • Manage and optimize the centers financial resources including budgeting forecasting and cost control measures.
  • Achieve a positive cash flow within the first nine months of operations.
  • Maintain an operating profit margin of 15% or higher after the first year.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations licensing requirements and industry standards.
  • Obtain all necessary licenses and certifications within the first three months of operations.
  • Maintain a 100% compliance rate with relevant regulations and industry standards.


Leadership and Team Management:

  • Build and lead a highperforming team by providing effective coaching mentoring and professional development opportunities.
  • Achieve an employee satisfaction rate of 90% or higher within the first year.
  • Implement a comprehensive employee training and development program within the first six months.
  • Foster a positive collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork open communication and continuous improvement.
  • Achieve a 90% or higher team engagement score within the first year.
  • Implement regular teambuilding and communication activities within the first three months.

  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards in language education.
