ABOUT THIS ROLE
We currently have openings across various divisions offering the incumbent significant potential for advancement into a team lead role and the opportunity to build and lead their own team. We encourage both fresh graduates and experienced sales professionals to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying potential candidates for specific job assignments.
  • Conducting thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications.
  • Presenting qualified candidate profiles to assigned clients and roles.
  • Managing candidate interest and tracking progress through interview stages to the offer phase.
  • Facilitating negotiations and managing expectations between candidates and clients.
  • Generating revenue by successfully completing assignments.
Additional responsibilities include
  • Actively promoting MVC and yourself to candidates and clients.
  • Continuously developing expertise and specialization within your market.
  • Providing recruitment strategies and market insights to clients.
  • Undertaking ad hoc projects as assigned by your supervisor.


Requirements

We prefer immediate starters and welcome applications from experienced or senior recruiters. Additionally candidates should possess:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites.
  • Strong administrative and research skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Timely problemsolving skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Exceptional attention to detail organizational prowess and time management abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities concurrently and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
