Client Manager

• Drive sales of IT products solutions services and maintenance.
  
• Execute marketing strategies to promote products and services.
  
• Achieve and Exceed targets set by the Company.
  
• Collaborate with presales support to devise effective marketing strategies and boost sales.
  
• Identify and cultivate customer needs expanding the customer base across commercial industrial and enduser sectors.
  
• Scout and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing customer base and emerging markets.
  
• Ensure ontime project implementation and signoff.
  
• Facilitate timely payment collection from customers.
  
• Foster strong working relationships and collaboration within the team.
  

Requirements

• A minimum of Diploma/Degree qualification is preferred.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
  
• Demonstrated patience and confidence in client interactions.
  
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Resultsdriven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  
• Mature selfmotivated proactive and independent.
  
• Proficiency in Chinese English and Malay is preferred.
  
• Committed resultsoriented and capable of handling pressure.
  
• Enthusiastic hardworking and persistent.
  
• Malaysian citizenship required.
