We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in media or advertising agency sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients to develop new business opportunities.
  • Understand clients advertising needs and develop customized advertising solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to key decisionmakers.
  • Negotiate advertising rates and contracts to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client industries business models and pain points to identify opportunities for crossselling and upselling additional services.
  • Foster strategic partnerships and alliances with complementary organizations technology providers and industry associations to enhance our value proposition and expand our reach.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive sales collateral including case studies pitch decks and presentations to support sales efforts and showcase the companys capabilities and success stories.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in advertising and media sales.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising and media industry landscape including trends technologies and key players.
  • Strong network of contacts within the advertising and media ecosystems including agencies brands and media platforms.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a resultsdriven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
