This is a remote position.


This position is currently fully remote. WFH.

Youll be associated under our web products sales division called AGS Acowale Global Services where you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients pitch our web products initially including website development services and secure projects that align with our expertise and client needs.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients in target industries.
  • Utilize various channels such as cold calling email outreach networking events and social media to generate leads.

Client Consultation and Needs Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their business objectives challenges and website development needs.
  • Collaborate with our design and development teams to create customized proposals and solutions that address client requirements.

Sales Presentations and Pitching:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our capabilities previous work and value proposition.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of choosing Acowale Global Services for website development projects.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms pricing and contracts with clients to ensure a winwin outcome.
  • Close deals and secure project contracts meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of website development concepts processes and technologies (prior experience in web development sales is a plus).

  • Competitive compensation range with a fully commissionbased structure offering potential monthly earnings of minimum 15000 to an average upto 70000 based on performance. ( Currently we have over 240 sales representatives exclusively in India. Approximately 60% of them earn between 31000 to 42000 monthly. Around 35% achieve earnings up to 85000 while the remaining 5% earn approximately 125000 per month.)

How much salary/compensation can I expect
Your compensation will be fully based on sales volume as per our transparent paystructure. Initially youll receive 10%15% of your total sales volume as compensation. Additionally you can earn a bonus upon achieving certain targets. For example one of our executives Ms. Nanditha Devadas earned 45374.39 last month from sales of business websites alone. She successfully acquired 15 clients for the 25000 website plan within a 30day duration. Meanwhile our star performer Mrs. Vinny Rani earned 107873.57 during the same period.



Where is my work location
This is a fully remote position. Once initial process is completed youll have a 4 days certified online training workshop. Upon successful completion of the training youll be onboarded via our secure digital onboarding platform.
