The Development Manager is responsible for recruiting and nurturing Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) to drive new business generation and ensure the renewal of existing business. The role involves licensing agents building and managing a team driving agent productivity implementing sales promotions coaching PFAs to provide tailored solutions and achieving new business and renewal targets.
Requirements
- Ensure the licensing of agents and build own team of PFAs.
- Drive productivity of both new and experienced agents.
- Implement sales promotions to boost PFA performance.
- Coach and mentor PFAs to deliver needbased solutions for customers.
- Achieve new business and renewal targets through agents.
- Maintain accurate business reporting and MIS on sales calls (LMS) on a daily basis.
Key Performance Indicators:
- New agent acquisition Target Achievement 100%
- New Business Target Achievement 100%
- Renewal Business > 80%
- PFA Activation Target Achievement 100%
