Job Description

As a Business Developer you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts both in person and through digital channels. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue business opportunities build lasting relationships with clients and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed business development targets. Identify key market segments and tailor sales approaches to capitalize on emerging trends.

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions. Prospect and engage with new clients establishing rapport and understanding their unique requirements.

  • InPerson Sales: Conduct inperson meetings with potential clients to understand their staffing needs and present our services effectively. Attend industry events conferences and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network.

  • Digital Sales: Leverage digital channels including social media and online platforms to identify and connect with potential clients. Utilize technology tools to streamline the sales process and enhance client communication.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including recruiting and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Provide valuable input to enhance our services based on client feedback and market trends.

About You

  • Proven experience in outside sales and/or business development.
  • Strong understanding of inperson and digital sales techniques.
  • Having existing client relationship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
