Overview

Emerge is a fastgrowing staffing and recruiting company looking for Business Development Director to consult with companies worldwide to create staffing solutions. In this role you will be part of the management team responsible for promoting and selling Emerge Staffing Solutions to new clients while growing our existing business. This role defines longterm organizational strategic goals builds key customer relationships identifies business opportunities negotiates closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Job Responsibilities


  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Business Development Strategies: Spearhead the development and execution of robust business development strategies aimed at accelerating the growth of Emerge Staffing Solutions across both existing and prospective client segments. Identify market trends analyze competitive landscapes and capitalize on emerging opportunities to expand revenue and market share.
  • Cultivate and Manage Relationships with Fortune 500 Organizations: Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies positioning Emerge as the preferred staffing solutions provider. Engage with key stakeholders understand their evolving workforce needs and tailor bespoke staffing solutions that align with their business objectives. Cultivate longterm relationships built on trust integrity and value delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Management Team: Collaborate seamlessly with the management team leveraging your autonomy and expertise to drive initiatives that propel the company forward. Champion a culture of innovation continuous improvement and crossfunctional collaboration ensuring alignment with overarching organizational goals.
  • Provide Regular Progress Updates and Insights: Deliver timely and insightful progress updates to senior management through comprehensive activity and results reports. Craft detailed weekly work plans and conduct thorough monthly and annual analyses to track performance metrics identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisionmaking processes.
  • Work Collaboratively with Talent Solutions Delivery Team: Partner closely with the talent solutions delivery team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Facilitate open communication channels foster a collaborative working environment and leverage client feedback and referrals to drive organic growth and expand Emerges market presence.
  • Ensure Exceptional Service Delivery and Client Satisfaction: Uphold the highest standards of service excellence and client satisfaction by proactively addressing client needs resolving issues promptly and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint. Cultivate solid and enduring relationships with existing clients serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their talent acquisition journey.
  • The Business Development Directors role is pivotal in driving strategic growth fostering meaningful partnerships and delivering exceptional value to clients reinforcing Emerges position as a market leader in the staffing solutions industry.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 5 years of experience in sales/business development in growing professional staffing/placement organizations staffing consulting or MSP
  • Strong verifiable track record of achieving sales goals
  • Effective account management strategy development with multiphase execution and contract negotiation experience
  • Advanced experience with MS Office and CRM (Client Relationship Management) Systems
  • Strong communicator who is highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and able to manage multiple priorities in a complex fastpaced environment
