Job Description:
As a BDM you will be working at Hyderabad concentrating on US IT Staffing. You will handle all aspects of
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the US IT staffing industry.
- Understand client needs anticipate requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US IT staffing market.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitors.
- Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business.
3. Sales and Negotiation:
- Lead sales efforts including proposal development presentations and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.
4. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing market presence and revenue growth.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align business development efforts with staffing requirements.
- Get involved in complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to placing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
6. Metrics and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate business development activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales client interactions and market trends.
7. Industry Networking:
- Attend industry events conferences and networking functions to build a strong professional network.
- Represent the company positively and contribute to its reputation in the US IT staffing sector.
8. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions contracts and business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development within the US IT staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of US IT staffing processes and trends.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Open to work in US business hours.
Experience
- At least 5 years of Business Development experience
- 8 to 10 years of staffing experience
- Must have prior relationships with Tier1 Partners / End Clients/ Implementation Partners with a consistent track record of placements with them.
