• Develop strategies for new injectable products.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Education:
  

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field.
    

• Experience:
  

  • Officer: 13 years of experience in formulation and development of injectable.
    
  • Sr. Officer: 35 years of experience in formulation and development of injectable.
    
  • Executive: 5 years of experience in formulation and development of injectable with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
    

• Skills:
  

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation principles and techniques for injectable products.
    
  • Proficiency in analytical techniques and laboratory equipment.
    
  • Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
    
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
    
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for injectable pharmaceuticals.
    

Responsibilities Formulation & Development Injectables - Officer Formulation Development: Assist in the formulation development of injectable products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct pre-formulation studies, including solubility, stability, and compatibility studies. Participate in the selection and optimization of excipients and active ingredients for injectable formulations. Conduct lab-scale trials and assist in the scale-up process. Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed laboratory records and documentation of experiments, processes, and results. Assist in the preparation of regulatory submission documents and reports. Quality Control: Perform in-process quality checks to ensure adherence to established standards. Assist in stability studies for injectable formulations. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Production to ensure seamless product development. Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving during the development process. Formulation & Development Injectables - Sr. Officer In addition to the responsibilities of an Officer, a Sr. Officer will: Project Management: Lead small projects and manage timelines and deliverables for injectable product development. Coordinate with external vendors and partners for outsourced activities. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Conduct more complex pre-formulation and formulation studies, including advanced analytical techniques. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all development activities comply with regulatory guidelines and prepare technical documents for regulatory submissions. Formulation & Development Injectables - Executive In addition to the responsibilities of a Sr. Officer, an Executive will: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for the formulation and development of new injectable products in alignment with company goals. Identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance formulation development processes. Leadership: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion. Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Regulatory Affairs: Oversee the preparation of comprehensive regulatory submission documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Interface with regulatory bodies and respond to queries related to injectable product development. Innovation & Problem Solving: Drive innovation in formulation development processes, identifying and addressing technical challenges. Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to overcome complex formulation issues and optimize product performance. Requirements Qualifications Experience: Officer: 1-3 years of experience in formulation and development of injectable. Sr. Officer: 3-5 years of experience in formulation and development of injectable. Executive: 5+ years of experience in formulation and development of injectable with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
