The location will be the Memorial Coliseum located in Fort Wayne IN.
Job Description:
As the 1st Shift Assistant Supervisor for Cleaning Technicians you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our cleaning services during the first shift. You will work closely with the cleaning technicians providing guidance support and supervision to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Requirements
Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning technicians during the first shift.
Train new cleaning technicians on company policies procedures and safety protocols.
Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or cleaning technicians promptly and professionally.
Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to cleaning technicians to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and place orders as needed.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to cleaning technicians to support their professional development.
Collaborate with the management team to implement improvements to cleaning processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a supervisory role preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality results.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
