We are seeking a Fulltime Operations Assistant to join our client in the construction industry in Belvidere IL. This is an in office role MonFri with working hours 730am430pm. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry filing and transcribing
Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory
Support operations by handling general office tasks
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals
Experience:
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Prior experience in an office setting preferred
Familiarity with phone etiquette
