Occupational Therapist Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled contract Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join our team in Albany GA. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing highquality occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing treatment plans and providing therapeutic interventions.
• Help patients develop recover and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.
• Monitor and document patients progress reporting any changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies to enhance function and independence.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment ensuring equipment is in proper working order.

Requirements:

• Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Georgia Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule:

• Parttime flexible hours. Specific schedule to be determined based on candidate availability and clinic needs.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience and qualifications.
