Tasks

• Provide level 1 and level 2 application support to end users
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications
• Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions
• Document and track support tickets ensuring proper resolution and followup
• Collaborate with development team to identify and address recurring issues

Requirements

Experience working with:

• Application Support L1 / L2
• ITIL practice
• SQL
• Java debugging
• Banking knowledge
• JIRA Service Now
• Minimum C1 French level
• Minimum B2 English level
