- Assist guests with packing unpacking wardrobe arrangements and special services when required

- Handle guest complaints and concerns efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction

- Ensure all services are delivered in line with luxury hospitality standards

Requirements
- Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 25 years of experience in luxury hotels resorts or high-end hospitality environments
- Previous experience as a Butler Guest Relations Executive or VIP Services Associate is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Professional grooming and presentation standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High level of discretion integrity and attention to detail
- Good command of English; additional languages will be an added advantage

- Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and etiquette
- Ability to manage VIP guest expectations professionally
