Job Responsibilities
- To coordinate with Sector HR/coordinators and ensure timely receipt of data required for processing
- To process payrolls and carryout relevant bank transactions while ensuring accuracy completeness confidentiality and timeliness
- To process related statutory obligations and handle final due process
- To perform related bank reconciliations
- To ensure compliance with labour law tax regulations and other statutory requirements
- To check and verify details and to focus on continuous improvement of quality/process
- To maintain confidentiality and internal controls
- Planning and organizing work methodically according to the priorities and deadlines
Candidate Profile
- Degree in HRM/Business Management or other professional qualification in HRM (PQHRM/CQHRM)
- 8-10 years working experience in payroll/HR inclusive of payroll processing
- Payroll systems proficiency and MS Excel skills
- Has the ability to work with numbers and with multiple stakeholders
- High level of ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality & handle sensitive information
- Sound knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory regulations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A dynamic self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement
