Junior Executive HR
Job Summary
We are seeking an individual to support day-to-day HR operations by ensuring timely and accurate execution of core HR processes while maintaining data accuracy compliance and positive employee experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding offboarding and employee record management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth HR operations
- Maintain and update employee data and HR trackers with high accuracy
- Assist in background verification contract administration and documentation
- Support employee queries and HR tickets in line with SLAs
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations
- Assist with audits reports and HR operational improvements as required
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role (internship experience may be considered)
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and Sri Lankan labor regulations
- Good communication coordination and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Professional HR certification will be an added advantage
