Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Provide user support and resolve day to day issues related to laptop printer scanner fingerprint machine and IT related services.
- Install configure and maintain operating systems application software and system management tools.
- Provide IT related support for company functions and training programs.
- Handle all the client-side IT resources & maintain asset register in the company.
- Maintain data backup and recovery procedures for users.
- Will be responsible for administrate the Microsoft O365platform/Active directory infrastructure.
- Experience in end user support network administration server administration and information security(ISO 27001)
- Require to ensure compliance of IT assets to company ISMS polices.
Candidate Profile
- BSc/ Higher Diploma/ Diploma in computer networks or a related field from a recognized University or Institute.
- A minimum 5 years of working experience in similar capacity.
- Experience in end user support network administration server administration and information security.
- Knowledge of Networking (LAN WAN Routers Switches).
- CCNA Certification or academic completion will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience of desktop central and NGAV will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with different levels of stakeholders both internal and external.
- Ability to work and remain calm under pressure
