Operations Executive

Scope
* Provide comprehensive secretarial support including managing schedules organizing meetings
handling correspondence and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Collect analyze and prepare performance reports and presentations focusing on financial metrics
guest satisfaction and operational KPIs for review.
* Assist in tracking and managing operational projects ensuring milestones are met and supporting the
preparation of related documentation and presentations.
* Assist in documenting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring
compliance with corporate standards.
* Maintain organized records manage key operational data and coordinate cross-departmental
projects.

Requirements
* A Diploma in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field.
* A minimum of two to three years of experience in an administrative or coordination role ideally
within the hospitality or resort industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently.
* Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and operational excellence
