Job Summary

Join Team Rocket as a Senior Business Development Executive and play a key role in driving global growth building long-term client relationships and managing high-value accounts across international markets.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong experience in international sales client communication and account management who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify prospect and generate new business opportunities across international markets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
  • Handle account management strategizing to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct discovery calls presentations negotiations and follow-ups with prospects
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and client servicing teams to align sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines reports and client data using CRM platforms
  • Track KPIs sales performance and revenue growth initiatives
  • Stay updated on market trends competitors and industry developments

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in business development international sales or account management
  • Proven experience working with global clients and managing international accounts
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot Salesforce Zoho CRM or similar tools
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated target-driven and highly organized
  • Experience in B2B sales and lead generation is an added advantage
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
