The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office.

Responsibilities:
- Handle bank-related correspondence including preparing bank letters processing acquittals and supporting general banking administrative requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding import and export documentation permits and related logistics to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Support property management activities including coordinating maintenance teams for repairs attending to property upkeep requests and ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Manage tenant relations by receiving rental payments communicating with tenants handling lease agreements and coordinating levy-related matters.
- Provide comprehensive office administration support including completing supplier registration forms typing official letters managing telephone calls responding to emails and maintaining proper filing systems.
- Assist with payroll administration including processing payroll inputs supporting statutory submissions such as NSSA contributions and NEC Zimbabwe requirements and managing employee-related records such as loans and leave administration.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping for all administrative financial and operational documentation.
