- Provide full-spectrum executive support to the Director
- Manage a complex and dynamic calendar meetings and priorities
- Handle high-level correspondence emails and stakeholder communication
- Prepare executive reports presentations and briefing documents
- Coordinate meetings take minutes and track key deliverables
- Arrange travel itineraries and logistics
- Act as a key point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination of the Directors office
