Chief Commercial Officer Facultative Broking

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic commercially driven and strategic Chief Commercial Officer to lead our clients Facultative Broking operations within their Singapore regional hub. This leadership role will be instrumental in driving commercial growth market expansion and client excellence across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute regional broking strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Lead complex risk placements structuring and negotiations across reinsurance programs
• Drive commercial performance portfolio optimisation and new business development initiatives
• Lead mentor and scale regional broking teams
• Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with underwriting operations finance and compliance teams

Qualifications and Experience

• 7 years of progressive experience in senior reinsurance broking and management roles with demonstrated exposure across Singapore and Southeast Asia
• Proven track record in business development client management and complex placements
• Deep understanding of global reinsurance markets structures and trading dynamics
  Strong leadership negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
• A commercially minded professional with the ability to influence lead and execute effectively
• Extensive experience in the reinsurance broking field and experience in leading and managing a team.

• Thorough knowledge in developing and placing reinsurance programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining good clients reinsurer and internal relationships.
