About the Role:
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 12 years of experience in recruitment preferably from consulting or digital marketing domains. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring stakeholder management and driving end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers exposure to diverse hiring requirements global clients and high-growth business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle across multiple roles (digital marketing IT operations etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create hiring strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn job portals and referral networks
- Screen profiles conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communication
- Maintain ATS/recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy
- Support offer rollout negotiation and onboarding process
- Contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline development
Eligibility Criteria:
- 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience in consulting staffing or digital marketing hiring preferred
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri or similar platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience hiring for digital marketing SEO PPC content or tech roles
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and ATS tools
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
