Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition
Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to consult design develop and deploy the end to end Talent Acquisition process policies and strategies for addition this position would implement strategies to enhance the new joiner experience journey from candidate experience until candidate joining the organization.
Knowledge:
Competent knowledge of current HR trends practices and Talent Acquisition market
Advanced knowledge on social media platforms for transformative digital interventions in Talent acquisition
Responsibility:
Manage the deployment of Talent Acquisition (TA) processes and policies for the regional entity consulting with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to create innovative proactive and efficient recruitment strategies by leveraging virtual TA platforms and career portals to attract talent and to augment business performance.
Delivering on Key KPIs in Recruiting excellence i.e Lead time to offer Source Mix Diversity etc
Run campaigns through identified platforms to enable learning on Bosch artifacts prior to joining. Drive extended stakeholder connect through pre-onboarding socialization with Hiring managers Leadership Onboarding & HR Business partners
Driving candidate experience intervention with focus towards sustainable engagement from the offer stage until the candidate integrates into the organization. Accountable for candidate satisfaction scores in the new joiner experience journey
Drive Talent Personas for identified critical roles based on identified platforms and integrate this as a part of sourcing strategies. Sustaining and altering the personas based on changes in the market
Lead pipeline (Proactive) hiring strategies for creating a robust pipeline of talent from market
Qualifications :
Postgraduate (MBA/MSW) with specialization in HR
8 - 10 years of experience in Talent partnering for business & managing candidate experience in the Talent acquisition value chain
Experience of working in a large technology / manufacturing / engineering organization (Desired)
