Position Title: Finance cum Admin Manager/ Assistant Manager
Work Location: Malim Jaya Melaka
Working Day: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

Job Responsibilities:
Management:
- Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to management
- Monitor overall financial health cash flow and profitability
- Support business expansion investment decisions and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with statutory tax and regulatory requirements
- Oversee audit processes and liaise with external auditors and tax agents
- Establish and strengthen internal controls policies and SOPs
- Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation measures
- Partner with Team Manager on projects financial planning and cost control
- Lead supervise and develop the finance and administrative team
Operation:
- Oversee full set of accounts (AP AR GL reconciliations) to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Review and ensure timely preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
- Oversee invoicing collections and payment processes to ensure efficiency and timeliness
- Ensure proper maintenance of accurate financial records and documentation
- Oversee payments banking transactions and fund transfers ensuring appropriate controls and approvals
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF SOCSO PCB)
- Oversee office administration facilities and procurement
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and support functions
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- Minimum 58 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in full set accounts and audit coordination
- Strong analytical and financial management skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian statutory and tax requirements
- Leadership and team management capability
- Strong organizational and communication skills
