Virtual Personal Assistant
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Operation & Personal Assistant to support daily business and operational tasks. This role is critical to keeping workflows efficient and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
You will work directly with leadership to manage schedules communications and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars appointments and scheduling
- Handle email inbox (sorting replying follow-ups)
- Perform data entry and maintain records
- Organize documents and files (Google Drive etc.)
- Assist with research and simple reporting
- Coordinate meetings and reminders
- Handle basic operational and clerical tasks
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Calendar)
- Reliable internet connection and working environment
Nice to Have (Bonus)
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Admin Assistant
- Familiarity with tools like Notion Slack Trello
- Basic understanding of business operations or startups
