Job Summary
Were looking for a detail-oriented Database Assistant to manage and maintain the accuracy of our real estate data systems. Youll be responsible for entering updating organizing and cleaning data across our CRM MLS and internal databases ensuring agents and management always have reliable up-to-date information to work with.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update property listings client records and lead information into CRM and database systems
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of data across multiple platforms (CRM MLS spreadsheets internal databases)
- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct duplicates errors or outdated records
- Import/export data between systems (e.g. spreadsheets to CRM lead lists to email platforms)
- Organize and segment contact databases (leads clients vendors past clients) for marketing and outreach
- Update property statuses (active pending sold expired) across systems in real time
- Build and maintain reports/dashboards tracking leads listings and transaction data
- Standardize data entry formats and naming conventions for consistency
- Back up and archive records according to company policy
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and coordinate with agents/staff to resolve them
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company data
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in data entry database management or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (comfortable with formulas filters pivot tables a plus)
- Experience working with CRM or database software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace (if remote)
