You will receive ongoing peer training specific CRM system training and be under a strong leadership team that is driven to see you succeed.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to our guests questions via text email or phone.
Provide guests with initial product information and help direct them to appropriate dealership resources.
Help guests better utilize website tools to identify what finance options may be best for their needs.
Work together with sales staff to stay in contact with our guests before during and after purchase process.
Participate in team and process development sessions as weworkto better our guest experience and serve them where they are in the purchase process.
Utilize dealership tools to track opportunities view the status of the purchase process and to communicate with our guests in the manor they want to be communicated with.
Utilize CRM systems that saves time and increases our effectiveness with guest communication daily.

Qualifications

At least one previous role based in customer service experience.
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
Prompt and courteous demeanor.
Positive and hardworking personality.
Strong computer skills.
Valid drivers license.
