About the Role

As a Lead Partner Development Manager (PDM) Core youll play a vital role in driving sales through marketing agencies consultants and systems integrators across India.

In This Role Youll:

  • Lead a portfolio of 15-25 small to medium sized services based partners and co-develop strategies to exceed shared sales targets.
  • Drive business strategy and go-to-market growth by working directly with business owners and key function leads within partner businesses.
  • Influence decision-makers by building trust to secure buy-in for key HubSpot programs and initiatives that drive mutual success.
  • Co-create and execute strategies to grow revenue expand market presence and deepen customer impact.
  • Champion HubSpots Customer Platform by driving enablement co-marketing joint selling and more.
  • Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams (sales marketing customer success solutions engineering) collaborating with senior stakeholders to share insights provide feedback and drive innovation.
  • Be a partner advocate and internal ambassador ensuring the voice of the partner is heard at every level.

What Were Looking For

  • 5 years experience in partner development channel sales or business development ideally within a tech environment
  • 3 years experience working with technology platforms with strong technical proficiency
  • Experience in consulting or as a business owner is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to build and scale joint sales strategies and initiatives in cross-functional environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers
  • Experience owning or contributing to partner-sourced pipeline targets across both net new and existing customers
  • Ability to engage partners to generate pipeline and support deal execution
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
