Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Supervisor to oversee site security operations ensuring the safety of personnel assets and infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing security systems supervising guards and maintaining compliance with company security protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily security operations across assigned sites
- Monitor and manage CCTV systems ensuring continuous surveillance and incident reporting
- Oversee vehicle and asset tracking systems to ensure real-time visibility and risk mitigation
- Manage and maintain access control systems including entry/exit procedures and authorization protocols
- Lead and supervise third-party security personnel (site guards) ensuring adherence to company standards and SLAs
- Conduct regular site inspections and security audits to identify and mitigate risks
- Investigate incidents prepare detailed reports and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with health safety and security regulations
- Train and mentor security staff to enhance performance and awareness
- Liaise with management clients and external stakeholders on security matters
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a Security Supervisor or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of CCTV access control and tracking systems
- Experience managing outsourced/third-party security teams
- Solid understanding of risk assessment and incident management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
- Computer literacy (reporting system monitoring etc.)
- Relevant security certifications (added advantage)
