Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on results-driven Regional Operations Supervisor to oversee and support retail store operations across multiple sites. The successful candidate will ensure consistent execution of operational standards drive performance and provide strong leadership to store teams within the region. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment is highly organised and is comfortable travelling regularly between retail outlets.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple retail stores within the assigned region
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies procedures and operational standards
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance compliance and customer service standards
- Support and coach store managers and teams to improve productivity and efficiency
- Drive sales performance and operational KPIs across all locations
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans
- Ensure stock control merchandising standards and store presentation are maintained
- Assist in training onboarding and development of retail staff
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues where necessary
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management
- Support rollout of new initiatives promotions and systems across stores

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management Retail Management or related field
- Experience in a multi-branch or franchise retail environment
- Exposure to inventory systems and retail reporting tools
