Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Supervisor to join their team.
Salary:

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the preparation loading and dispatch of products to customers and distributors.
- Lead and coordinate dispatch staff ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels reconcile dispatch records and ensure accurate documentation of outgoing goods.
- Enforce hygiene health and safety regulations in line with food industry standards.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries vehicle usage and dispatch schedules for auditing and reporting.
- Liaise with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Address and resolve issues related to delays product discrepancies or transport challenges.
Key Slkills:
- Proven experience in dispatch logistics or warehouse supervision preferably in the food or meat production industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and cold chain management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and MS Office tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field.
