An AmLaw 100 law firm is looking to add a senior associate to its Labor & Employment team in Seattle.

If you enjoy being close to clientsnot just handling cases but actually advising them day-to-daythis is a really unique opportunity to step into a role where youll quickly become a trusted point of contact.

What Youll Be Doing

This is a mix of advisory and litigation work. On the counseling side youll be working directly with clients on everything from employment agreements and handbooks to terminations performance issues and complex leave or accommodation questions.

On the litigation side youll manage single-plaintiff matters and play a key role in wage and hour class actionshandling briefing discovery depositions and helping shape case strategy.

Youll also get to know your clients wellmany have long-standing relationships with the teamand youll be trusted to take ownership of matters and guide them through real-time issues.

What Theyre Looking For

• 5 years of labor & employment experience
• Strong mix of litigation and advisory/counseling experience
• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing matters
• Experience with wage & hour matters or class actions is a plus
• Strong writing communication and organizational skills
• Licensed in Washington (including federal courts)
