Grounds Maintenance Associate (Event Services)

Do you enjoy working outdoors and taking pride in keeping public spaces clean safe and welcoming We are seeking dependable Grounds Maintenance Associates to help maintain the exterior appearance of convention centers arenas and event venues before during and after major events.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outside staying active and being part of a team that helps create a great first impression for thousands of visitors.

• Pick up trash and debris throughout parking lots sidewalks plazas and surrounding grounds
  
• Remove stickers flyers and unauthorized postings from light poles signs and other surfaces
  
• Sweep walkways and entrances
  
• Empty outdoor trash receptacles and replace liners
  
• Patrol assigned areas using golf carts or utility vehicles
  
• Ensure exterior areas remain clean safe and presentable during events
  
• Assist with event setup and cleanup as needed
  
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
  
• Perform general grounds maintenance duties to support daily operations
  
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  

• Valid drivers license required
  
• Must be able to operate a golf cart safely or utility vehicle
  
• Ability to walk stand bend lift and work outdoors for extended periods
  
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  
• Dependable with excellent attendance
  
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  
• Previous grounds landscaping janitorial maintenance or outdoor labor experience is a plus but not required
