We are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support laboratory-based research activities in a collaborative scientific environment. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build experience in clinical research laboratory operations and scientific data analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Life Sciences strong laboratory fundamentals and a passion for research. Experience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR and DNA extraction is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the design and execution of scientific research studies under the guidance of senior team members
- Conduct laboratory experiments and testing according to established protocols
- Perform reagent preparation testing and documentation activities
- Collect analyze interpret and report study data accurately and efficiently
- Perform laboratory calculations and maintain detailed records of experimental results
- Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures quality standards and documentation requirements
- Organize and manage research data reports and study-related documentation
- Collaborate with scientists researchers and cross-functional teams to support project objectives
- Communicate findings observations and progress updates effectively
- Maintain laboratory equipment materials and work areas in accordance with safety guidelines
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Biology Molecular Biology Biochemistry Biotechnology or a related scientific discipline
- Laboratory coursework directly applicable to research and scientific testing
- Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and scientific methodologies
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform laboratory calculations and interpret experimental data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Internship academic research or entry-level laboratory experience
- Experience with:
