About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support laboratory-based research activities in a collaborative scientific environment. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build experience in clinical research laboratory operations and scientific data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Life Sciences strong laboratory fundamentals and a passion for research. Experience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR and DNA extraction is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and execution of scientific research studies under the guidance of senior team members
  • Conduct laboratory experiments and testing according to established protocols
  • Perform reagent preparation testing and documentation activities
  • Collect analyze interpret and report study data accurately and efficiently
  • Perform laboratory calculations and maintain detailed records of experimental results
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures quality standards and documentation requirements
  • Organize and manage research data reports and study-related documentation
  • Collaborate with scientists researchers and cross-functional teams to support project objectives
  • Communicate findings observations and progress updates effectively
  • Maintain laboratory equipment materials and work areas in accordance with safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Biology Molecular Biology Biochemistry Biotechnology or a related scientific discipline
  • Laboratory coursework directly applicable to research and scientific testing
  • Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and scientific methodologies
  • Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform laboratory calculations and interpret experimental data
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including:
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship academic research or entry-level laboratory experience
