Office Services Associate Print & Mail Technician – Part-Time (W2) | Orlando, FL

Location: Orlando FLType: 1-Year Contract on W2 (20 hrs a week) Shit Timing: 8 am to 12 pm

• Operates high-volume copying printing and finishing equipment. Fulfills jobs for document duplication printing finishing binding lamination and other processes. Sets up and maintains machines and inventory of supplies. Troubleshoots and resolves equipment problems.

• Performs quality checks on work in process and finished jobs to avoid errors or waste. Prepares finished documents for pickup or shipping. Records activities in applicable work order tracking systems and follows standard procedures.

• Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job and may require 0-1 year of general work experience.

• Performs other duties as assigned and will cross-train with other positions on the team such as mail delivery and mail equipment operations.

Required Skills

• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.

• Computer with Windows operating system.

• Two (2) years of office support experience operating general office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office Suite (required).
