Our client is a jewelry company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Position Overview
The role is responsible for financial management and business performance analysis ensuring operational efficiency cost control cash flow optimization and profitability. This position also serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Management
Develop manage and monitor budgets on a monthly quarterly and annual basis aligned with the companys long-term strategy
Analyze business performance and provide insights to leadership including revenue P&L ROI EBITDA and EBIT
Develop and oversee company cash flow planning to ensure liquidity and timely payments
Propose and advise on financial strategies to support business growth
2. Accounting
Establish and maintain accounting systems policies and cost management principles in compliance with accounting standards
Ensure full compliance with accounting laws tax regulations and internal policies
Act as the key liaison with government authorities and relevant stakeholders
3. Tax
Develop tax planning strategies to optimize tax expenses while ensuring full legal compliance
Serve as the main point of contact with tax authorities
Prepare and deliver periodic reports to senior management
Requirements
1. General Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting management including at least 3 years in a similar leadership role
Strong preference for candidates with experience in retail especially in luxury or premium segments (fashion jewelry cosmetics perfumes)
Proficiency in accounting software
In-depth knowledge of tax regulations financial laws and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
