Our client is a technology company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle including client scoping defining project scope planning timelines tracking dependencies and ensuring seamless execution across stakeholders.
Act as the technical liaison within projects by developing a strong understanding of Customer Data Platform (CDP) architecture API integrations data flows event tracking and implementation requirements.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including developers business analysts and data specialists.
Review and validate technical deliverables to ensure accuracy feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies in project execution: manage product backlog facilitate sprint planning track progress and maintain clear documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Lead client onboarding and product enablement by conducting training sessions providing hands-on support and collecting feedback to improve user experience.
Facilitate effective communication across both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
Proactively identify risks manage expectations and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Demonstrate a strong learning mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new concepts in marketing technology advertising technology and data systems (training will be provided).
Maintain strong organizational control over all project activities ensuring high attention to detail accountability and clear visibility across progress and deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with strong exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proven experience working in cross-functional teams including developers data analysts and project stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end from initial planning and proof of concept (POC) to full-scale CDP implementation.
Willingness and capability to work with complex data architectures used by large-scale enterprises for operational and marketing purposes.
Strong project coordination skills including progress tracking milestone management stakeholder follow-ups meeting facilitation and documentation/reporting.
Strong English communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams (e.g. Analytics Development) and external clients.
Strong interest in developing deep expertise in customer data management and its application in real-world business use cases.
Excellent analytical thinking problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
