Director – Corporate Finance & Capital Strategy

Our client is a jewelry company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

This is a high-impact deal-driven corporate finance role offering a transition from advisory into an in-house strategic position. You will work closely with the Group CFO and CEO on capital strategy fundraising and IPO execution across multiple business units.

This is not a traditional finance role focused on accounting or reporting it is centered on transactions strategic decision-making and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute fundraising initiatives (equity debt and structured finance)
  
• Develop and own advanced financial models (3-statement models project finance valuation models)
  
• Conduct valuation and investment analysis (DCF trading comps transaction comps scenario analysis)
  
• Play a key role in IPO readiness and execution for group subsidiaries
  
• Partner with external stakeholders including:
  
  • Investment banks
    
  • Investors and funds
    
  • Big4 firms and legal advisors
    
• Challenge and refine business plans assumptions and financial projections
  
• Provide strategic financial insights to support investment and capital allocation decisions
  
• Act as a key finance partner to the CEO and Group CFO on strategic initiatives
  

Requirements

Requirements

Experience & Background

• 1015 years of experience in finance investment or corporate finance
  
• Strong background in one or more of the following:
  
  • Investment Banking
    
  • Private Equity / Venture Capital
    
  • Big4 (Transaction Services Valuation Deals)
    
  • Corporate Finance roles with significant deal exposure
    
• Proven track record in executing fundraising IPOs or M&A transactions
  

Technical Skills

• Advanced financial modeling skills (ability to build models from scratch)
  
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and capital structure
  
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Experience working with senior stakeholders investors and external advisors
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
• Ability to challenge assumptions and influence strategic decisions
