Our client is a leading manufacturing corporation mall who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  • Deliver a high-quality end-to-end recruitment experience ensuring excellence across the full hiring lifecycle.

  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with hiring managers team members and cross-functional stakeholders to fully understand business needs and provide informed hiring recommendations.

  • Take a proactive approach to talent sourcing by leveraging multiple channels conducting market mapping and cultivating long-term candidate pipelines for both immediate and future hiring demands across diverse roles.

  • Effectively communicate the organizations value proposition and role opportunities to attract and engage top talent.

  • Contribute to talent acquisition projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports using insights to track performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


Requirements

  • Strong ability to interpret business needs and translate them into clear hiring requirements with a solid understanding of different functional roles within an organization.

  • Creative and forward-thinking mindset with the ability to introduce innovative approaches to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruitment-focused role.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as social media platforms candidate databases and professional networking channels.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying risks and addressing potential challenges that may impact hiring timelines.
