Effectively communicate the organizations value proposition and role opportunities to attract and engage top talent.
Contribute to talent acquisition projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports using insights to track performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Strong ability to interpret business needs and translate them into clear hiring requirements with a solid understanding of different functional roles within an organization.
Creative and forward-thinking mindset with the ability to introduce innovative approaches to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruitment-focused role.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Familiarity with sourcing tools such as social media platforms candidate databases and professional networking channels.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying risks and addressing potential challenges that may impact hiring timelines.
