Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to manage and optimize our cloud-based and Linux infrastructure. The role requires strong expertise in VoIP technologies system performance and high-availability environments to ensure seamless delivery of telecom and software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/On-Prem)
• Monitor system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime and availability
• Implement and manage security measures (Firewall VPN SIP security)
• Handle deployment scaling and optimization of IT infrastructure
• Lead the IT team and ensure smooth internal and client coordination
• Ensure SLA compliance and quick incident resolution
• Troubleshoot issues related to VoIP Dialer and Contact Center solutions
• Maintain backup disaster recovery and failover mechanisms
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams for product releases

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP RTP)
• Hands-on experience in Linux Administration (Ubuntu CentOS RHEL)
• Experience with MySQL / MariaDB
• Solid understanding of Networking (TCP/IP NAT QoS VPN)
• Experience with monitoring & logging tools (Nagios Zabbix Grafana etc.)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Client communication and escalation handling

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain proper documentation including:
  • Network diagrams
  • SOPs and runbooks
• Ensure compliance with:
  • Data security standards
  • Industry regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multi-server and high-availability environments
• Certifications such as RHCE / RHCSA / CCNA
• Experience in product-based IT or telecom company
