Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio through structured outbound sales activity
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and product penetration across accounts
• Build rapport and trust with clients through consistent follow-up and proactive engagement
• Handle inbound enquiries and provide timely accurate information and support
• Collaborate with marketing to prepare proposals quotes and promotional materials
• Maintain accurate customer data and call records in the CRM
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience in telesales or customer-facing sales roles
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Organised self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
• High computer literacy and CRM experience
• Positive energetic attitude and a drive to exceed targets
• Experience within the print packaging or manufacturing industries will be highly regarded
