About the role
Were currently seeking a Lead Workforce Programs to manage and coordinate the development implementation and evaluation of complex strategies programs and projects to achieve specific outcomes and support the achievement of organisational objectives.

About you
- Proven experience in designing planning and delivering education programs or projects.
- Strong analytical skills to research review and address workforce policy and strategy challenges.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Expertise in monitoring project outcomes managing risks and ensuring quality delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and advising stakeholders.
- Expertise in recruitment and human resources management including candidate sourcing selection and onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the DepartmentsAboriginal Education Policyand upholding theDepartments Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECGand to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent knowledge skills and experience
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to thevalue of public education.

Renewal is not required after the WWCC expires as long as you remain in a nonchild-related role. Employer obligations only apply while the WWCC is valid.
